Recognizing a need for a higher quality turf, tree and shrub care program, Earnest McCoy founded Turf M.D, serving the Frisco, McKinney, and Allen communities. He is also the founder of Emerald Lawn & Landscaping and Pooper Troopers USA LLC.

Earnest began mowing lawns for his neighbors at the age of 6 in his hometown of Allen. With 20 years experience under his belt, he created Emerald Lawn and Landscaping in 2006, and Turf M.D later in 2011.
